The bridal ensemble is a couture piece and specifically tailored to a respective customer’s specifics thus we have no refund or exchange policy.
Bridals once bought may not be returned or exchanged.
This however does not apply to our 5-day confirmation policy.
Within 5-days of order placement customers may change order details and alterations.
After completion of this time period order is fully booked and scope of change is absent.

Ready To Wear
Returned merchandise must meet the below requirements in order to be accepted for an exchange:
• All items must be in original condition with original tags attached.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted. No exceptions will be accepted.
• The items can be exchanged within 7 days of receiving only. No exemptions are made after the expiration of this time-frame.
• The product will only we exchanged after a complete examination of the case. If the case is proved sincere only then the product will qualify for an exchange.

Payment Policy
After confirmation it is mandatory for the client to clear fifty percent of the invoice. The remaining fifty percent
is to be paid before the order is ready to be delivered.
For international orders the payment policy remains the same with additional international delivery charges.
